Italian Antipasti Cookery Evening

A great evening was had by all at The Modern Language School Cookery Evening last Friday. To start off the evening we had a Limoncello Cocktail a refreshing drink for a warm summer evening. In four groups the “chefs” worked at preparing the dishes which Tabby then cooked ready for us to all enjoy, together with some Vino italiano!

This is just one of the activities we offer at The Modern Language School. As well as courses in Italian, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese. Other activities include; a morning of games, cinema sessions, wine tasting, annual meal & disco as well as ad hoc social lunches and evenings out. We feel the social side to learning a language is very important and when you join a course you will soon make friends.
