Lynne Hill
Advanced Spanish teacher
Lynne co-founded the Modern Language School and is an experienced, qualified Spanish teacher (BA Hons and PGCE). Her approach places real emphasis on speaking and listening, with varied activities to suit different learners. The published timetable names Lynne for the Advanced Spanish class. She enjoys seeing students make the most of their Spanish when travelling and meeting people.
Joan Fernandez
Also teaches Spanish at MLS
Joan, originally from Cienfuegos in Cuba, has lived in different parts of Spain and now lives in Honley. Travelling and meeting people have shaped his enthusiasm for languages. He is featured on the main Spanish course page, although the Advanced group is listed under Lynne.
